HOW TO USE

STEP 1: CLEAN

Wet hair thoroughly. Mix a small amount of Hair Wash in your hands with water and smooth from root to tip. Gently massage into the scalp using the Scalp Brush to lift build-up. Rinse well. Repeat if needed for thick, curly or coily hair.

Note: This wash doesn’t foam, that’s the beauty of plant-based ingredients.

Wrap hair in the Quick Dry Hair Towel to absorb excess water.

STEP 2: TREAT

Spray Detangler onto wet or dry hair.

Start at the ends and gently brush through with the Detangler Brush, working your way up to avoid breakage. Apply to mid-lengths and crown as needed, focusing on knot-prone areas.

STEP 3: STYLE

Create your favourite style using the Detangler Brush for a smooth finish. Secure with Pom Pom Hair Ties for all-day hold.

WHY DOESN'T MIMI HAVE A CONDITIONER?

Mimi Hair Wash is formulated as a multi-functional product designed to replace both traditional shampoo and conditioner.

It effectively cleanses the hair and scalp while delivering hydration and nourishment through plant-based ingredients, including organic watermelon seed oil, blueberry extract, and coconut-derived actives. This supports moisture balance and helps protect hair from dryness and environmental stressors such as chlorine and outdoor exposure.

For additional conditioning and manageability, we recommend using the Detangler Spray. It assists with moisture retention, reduces tangling, and helps maintain soft, smooth, and healthy-looking hair.

WHY DOESN'T THE HAIR WASH FOAM UP?

Mimi Hair Wash is a low-foaming formulation, as it is free from sulphates and other harsh surfactants typically responsible for creating a high lather in traditional shampoos.

Low foam does not impact cleansing performance the formula is designed to effectively cleanse while being gentle on the scalp and hair.

For best results, we recommend emulsifying the product with a small amount of water in your hands before application. Once applied, add more water as needed and use your fingers or a scalp brush to evenly distribute the product through the scalp and hair. This will help ensure optimal coverage and performance.

My daughter doesn’t have a lot of hair but it has just gotten long enough to get little knots (she is almost 3). All the products leave her hair looking smooth, and has made her little curls more defined! I didn’t know she had that many curls before using this product.

I'll start off by saying this is definitely an essential item in our house now, its amazing. We received our very first bundle last week and used it that night, we will never look at another kids shampoo again. My girls hair has changed so much from the very first wash her hair came out so smooth and healthy, every other brand we used before trying mimi made her hair feel like straw and was so hard to brush with other brands of detangler sprays. Mimi has made hair routine a 1000% easier. We now have a new hair routine and its been wonderful, no more tears in the shower on hair wash days, she now also sits still and allows me to spray her hair after the shower and in the mornings, and stays put while I brush her hair and style it. I thought id have this constant fight when it was time to style her hair but now everything runs smoothly and her hair is always looking healthy and soft.
