RETURNS & REFUNDS

We know you are choosing products for the people who matter most. If something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right, fairly, safely and with care. Please read the below carefully.

YOUR RIGHTS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or does not perform as reasonably expected.
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can promptly assist you.
Email hello@mimihaircare.com.au with the below details:
•    your name and order number 
•    description of the issue; and 
•    photos and/or video of the item(s) showing the issue
•    Batch number of the product (if applicable)
We will assess your claim and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We aim to resolve all claims as fairly and quickly as possible.

APPROVED CLAIM

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, as well as reimbursement of any reasonable shipping costs where required.
Refunds and/or reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

HYGIENE & SAFETY

Our products are personal care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
This does not apply where a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to strict hygiene standards, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, including where:
•    the wrong product is ordered
•    the item is no longer wanted
•    the product was found cheaper elsewhere
